About Seun Oluwashina Ajongbolo
A Nigerian-born professional whose journey to the United States was fueled by an unwavering desire for knowledge, growth, and global exposure. This pursuit led me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and an MBA in Management Information Technology, after which I began my career as an IT Consultant for various organizations and multinational firms in the U.S. and abroad. As I continue to expand my capacity to serve and uplift communities, I am now advancing toward becoming a Licensed Master/Clinical Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW), a path that strengthens my commitment to nation-building. Social work equips me with the skills to understand human behavior, address societal challenges, and advocate for vulnerable populations
My dedication to national progress and youth empowerment propelled me into active politics. In 2023, I contested for a seat in the Federal House of Representatives for the Akoko South West/South East Federal Constituency, placing third closely behind candidates of the two largest political parties in Africa.
I am also a part owner of a behavioral healthcare organization, a youth mentorship initiative, and a nonprofit organization dedicated to poverty eradication and promoting holistic wellness for all reflecting my commitment to community upliftment and sustainable human development, among other businesses.
“As a passionate Pan-Africanist, I am deeply committed to fostering growth, innovation, and development across the African continent, with a special focus on Nigeria, my home country. My belief in a brighter and more prosperous Nigeria inspired me to invest in the agricultural sector by establishing a palm plantation on the outskirts of Ibadan in Oyo State, my state of birth. I am also leading the development of a modern commercial agricultural settlement in Ondo State, designed to create life-changing opportunities for Nigerian youth through modernized commercial farming.”
