§ 02 · SERVICES · iConect.ng/services

Five engagement modes. One execution standard.

Each pillar can be engaged independently. Most clients move through several as their Nigeria operation matures — feasibility today, operations next quarter, intelligence indefinitely.

Delivery approach

All digital projects are scoped and fixed-fee before work begins. Retainer engagements include a monthly performance review and transparent reporting on every active channel. We build for the Nigerian market — infrastructure, connectivity, and user behaviour all factored in from day one.

Pricing principle
Fixed-fee engagements are fixed. Retainers are scoped before they start. We do not bill in hourly increments, we do not surface surprise variations, and we tell you on day one what will be reviewed at the renewal point.

§ 06 · FAQ

Pre-engagement questions.

The most common questions we field from international principals before signing a scope.

Talk to a partner
How do we engage iConect on a single pillar versus the whole framework?
Every pillar can be engaged independently with its own scope and contract. Most clients begin with a fixed-fee feasibility or due-diligence engagement (Pillars 01–02), then move into a longer-term Operational Management retainer if the thesis holds.
Do you operate outside Abuja and Lagos?
Yes. GeoVerify field operations and Crownshield security cover all 36 states and the FCT. Retainer engagements may include rotating on-site presence at your declared operating sites anywhere in the country.
How does pricing work for fixed-fee engagements?
Fees are quoted at scope confirmation against a defined deliverable. They are fixed for the agreed scope — we absorb our own internal overruns. Material changes to scope are re-quoted in writing before any additional work begins.
What does the Operational Management retainer typically cost?
Retainers are sized to your in-country headcount, regulatory exposure, and reporting cadence. Most engagements sit between USD 6,000 and 25,000 per month, agreed during scoping. The retainer does not include security deployments under Pillar 03, which are billed separately under their own contract.
Who owns the GeoVerify data generated during my engagement?
Custom GeoVerify scans run for a specific engagement are licensed to the client for unlimited internal use under the engagement contract. The aggregate national register remains iConect’s proprietary infrastructure.
